OUR SCHOOL
The mission of the St. Maarten Seventh-day Adventist School is to equip children
ages 4 to 12 with basic skills and fundamental beliefs in harmony with Seventh-day
Adventist philosophy of education.
Our students are inspired to perform with excellence and efficiency at each stage of
their educational development.
This must be achieved with the integrated efforts of the home, school, church and community.
ACTIVITIES
The St. Maarten Seventh-day Adventist School is founded and operates on the conviction
that God created man and that He is vitally interested in man’s destiny.
Our students are children of God and our board and staff, servants of God. This school is
commissioned to follow after the biblical will of God to ensure that our students attain the
fullest possible educational development of their mental, physical, spiritual and social
capacities.
OUR STAFF
Our Objectives are:
A. To teach our students about their creator God and how
to study and model principles from the Bible.
B. To equip our students to excel in the curricula as outlined
by the Department of Education.
I. To challenge the intellect and motivate academic excellence by developing habits
of accuracy, discipline and critical thinking.
II. To teach our students to become responsible civic minded citizens.
III. To stimulate an appreciation of wholesome literature, the love of nature, the
cultural value of art, and the beauty of music.
IV. To inspire and cultivate genuine love for our country.
